For 2015 we start in the Highland capital of Inverness and make our way down to Dunoon via the the wild lanscapes of the north, the dramatic west coast mountains and the traffic free lanes of Argyle and the Cowal peninsular. The proposed route can be viewed by clicking HERE ( remember this site overstates the height gains). the overnight stops will be Ullapool, Torridon, Stromeferry, Invergarry, Oban and Torran bay on Loch Awe. The mighty Beallach na Ba pass from Applecross will be included, but there is an optional short cut.
We would start riding on Saturday and end the tour in Dunoon late afternoon on the Friday, leaving Saturday free for your journey home. The dates for the tour are May 30th to June 5th.

Inverness has excellent transport links from Glasgow and Edinburgh, it even has an overnight sleeper train service from London. Arrangements could be made to transport bikes to Inverness from Dumfries or Glasgow and transport from Dunoon to Glasgow will be arranged.

I would hope to keep the base cost for this tour below £350. In addition a minimum fundraising for Tearfund of £500 will be required. Meals, hostel accomodation, luggage transport and on ride support will be provided by the support team.

Only two spaces left for the 2015 tour.
